Important Terms and Conditions to Know
- All payments, both for trips and donations are non-refundable.
- A required $200 deposit must be secured at the time your application is approved, which will be refunded at the point that all of the trip cost has been received. If, at 45 days prior all of the trip cost has not been secured, the $200 deposit will be applied to the trip cost balance. If there is still a remaining balance, arrangements for this will need to be made as the balance must be paid in full by the departure date.
- 100% of the trip costs must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure date unless other arrangements have been made with Pastor in charge.
- In the event that a participant cannot go on a scheduled trip and has made partial or full payment thereof, and/or if the participant raises funds in excess of the trip costs, then the funds will go to support other trip expenses and organizational costs as determined by The Fellowship.
- All approved students are required to raise their own funds to attend and will be provided a fund raising letter on church letterhead to share with family and friends. A close estimation of funds to be raised to cover a student's attendance will be $600. They can bring spending money, but all their t-shirt, accommodations, travel to and from, and all meals while on site, will all be covered in the $600.00.
